Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from a qualifying distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The period ends 14 days after you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods.

If goods from a single order arrive separately, the period is calculated from receipt of the last item. For goods delivered in several parts, receipt of the final part determines the start.

Sending your statement before the deadline meets the time limit; our approval is not required.

Where an online withdrawal function is provided on our website, it is an additional way to send your statement. Using that function does not replace your right to withdraw by another clear statement.

Effects of withdrawal

We reimburse the payments due to you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery for a fully withdrawn order.

Extra costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option are excluded from that standard delivery refund.

We reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee.

Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods or proof of return dispatch have been received, whichever is earlier.

Send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. Posting them before that deadline is sufficient.

Please email us before posting so we can coordinate the correct destination. Unless another suitable destination is agreed, return the goods to:

Coordination does not make withdrawal conditional on consent or extend the statutory deadlines.

You bear the direct postage for an ordinary withdrawal where this was disclosed before purchase. For goods that cannot normally be posted, the estimated return cost is disclosed before purchase.

Necessary costs of a valid defect claim remain our responsibility as required by law.

You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond a reasonable examination and the applicable legal conditions are met.

Personalisation exception

The withdrawal right does not apply to goods genuinely made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised.

Standard products do not become exempt merely because they are made after you order. Rights relating to defects or incorrect supply still apply.
